Many infrastructure projects provide secure long term revenue streams and represent important assets for portfolio managers. Many of the projects we develop and help structure and finance are of interest to many of our collaborating private equity and institutional clients that regularly acquire these assets after they are in operation and providing revenue flow.

Asset Acquisition
The development of commercial real estate forms a significant part of the international investment in which we actively participate. Together with some of the largest international development groups, we are able to structure partnerships for investment opportunities in the various segments of the commercial real estate markets. We provide acquisition opportunities to portfolio managers and can also assist ownership groups in the sale of their assets.

Commercial Real Estate
The movement of commodities between producer nations and importers is one of the largest international businesses and with many of our clients and our collaborating partners in the most important producing and importing regions we can provide all the services required to identify and match sellers with importers and screen offers for our clients. Many producers use the international commodity markets to hedge their production against sharp price swings and we can provide hedging advice and execution on all the international commodities to assist in reducing this risk.

International Commodity Operations and Hedging
Many business owners reach a point where their businesses have experienced great success but expansion is hindered due to capital constraints. In these cases, we provide analytical services for the business owner to determine if a listing on an international stock exchange could be a solution to help with expansion and to increase the success of the business. At other times, business owners seek to develop liquidity or to recapture a portion of their capital invested into their successful business and we provide the analysis and alternatives to create that liquidity which at times will include a listing of a portion of the equity in their business while still remaining in control of their business.
